Winery: Rocamadre labels are from an original numbered series of art works that were printed by artist Fábrica de Estampas Winemaker: Juanfa Suarez and Cecilia Duran Varietal: Malbec Region: Uco Valley, Mendoza Soil: Stony soil with calcium carbonate Vinification/ Maturation: 25+ year old vines foothills of the Andes Mtns - 3600 feet above sea level Fermentation with native yeast for 20+ days Maturation takes place in old barrels for 12 months

Tasting Notes: blackberry, plum and black cherry dance with pepper perfect balance of fruit acidity, structural tannin classic, high-elevation malbec with chocolatey overtones long finish that would be awesome with steak or blue cheese!
