Palmento Costanzo 2021 Mofete Etna Bianco DOC

Aromas of lemon, lime, yellow apple, pear, turf and crushed stone show on the nose of this wine. There's lots of lemon and more fresh and cooked apples. Acidity keeps it bouncy. 

70% Carricante, 30% Catarratto. Aged 4 months in stainless w fine lees and 2 months in bottle.
